Teriyaki Salmon Bites

These air-fryed teriyaki salmon bowls are the perfect quick weeknight meal! They are extremely versatile and can be paired with anything - or eat them on their own!

Ingredients:

  • Salmon (BBQ cut makes it easy!)

  • Teriyaki sauce

  • Rice

  • Edamame

  • Cucumbers

  • Spicy mayo

Directions:

  • Cut salmon into 1 inch cubes, removing the skin

  • Add to bowl and cover with teriyaki sauce and marinate in fridge for 20-30 min max

  • Air fry salmon bites at 400º for about 8-10 min, or until browned and flakey

  • Prep any veggies you want while salmon cooks

  • Add rice, veggies, and salmon to a bowl and top with spicy mayo or teriyaki sauce

  • Enjoy!
