Cheeseburger Bowls
A very interesting and slightly healthier take on your average cheeseburger… Top it with your favorite burger toppings and you won’t even notice the bun missing :)
Ingredients:
Lean ground beef
Lettuce (butter/romaine/iceberg)
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Pickles
Cheddar cheese
Jalepeños
Directions:
***Start with potatoes as these take longest to cook***
Wash and cube potatoes into small cubes
Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper)
Toss in air fryer at 400ª and cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking basket about every 5 min
Cook ground beef in a pan on medium heat until cooked through, season to taste (I used a premixed meat seasoning)
Add all ingredients to a bowl and top with whatever you want; I love doing tomatoes, cheese, pickles, pickled onions, and jalepeños!
Optional burger sauce*: combine equal parts mayo and ketchup, add a tbsp of mustard (yellow or dijon), add a splash of pickle juice, diced pickles, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and S&P
